- Detach heat_it from its holder by bending it sideways
- Attach heat_it to your phone
- Run heat_it App, if attached properly, heat_it will glow in Green
- From the App, select treatment combination of Duration, Child/Adult and Sensitive
- For first time user, we recommend choosing Short, Child/Adult and Sensitive as we don’t know how sensitive is your skin is
- Press Start and heat_it will starting building up heat
- Heat_it will glow in Purple during this period, do not apply it to your skin yet
- Once heat_it glows in Blue, or it will notify you by sound, it is ready to apply
- Press heat_it gently onto the itchy area of your skin
One smartphone charge can use up to 1,000 times
